Monday, Sept. 9, 5th/6th Volleyball won a thriller in three games on the road at Timberlake Christian. Everyone played and contributed. Ella Epps Perrow and Aubrey Herbers were exceptional at serving!
Also on Monday, 7th/8th Volleyball lost a tough match to the home School Patriots on the road. They bounced back against Sacred Heart on Thursday (9/12) though, winning two games easily.
7th/8th Soccer swept the week with two awesome victories. Tuesday, Sept. 10, they easily defeated Sacred Heart 8-0. with a huge team effort. Thursday (9/12), they traveled to St. Anne's-Belfield and won 2-1. Weston Richards and Amogh Thallapragada each scored. Case Irby and Loren Oliver split time in the goal.
Cross Country competed at a race at St. Anne's-Belfield on Tuesday, Sept. 10. Liam Hunt won the boys' race, and Campbell Howard took 4th. Kate Flippin nabbed the 2nd place spot for the girls, and Mary Clare Caprise got 4th.
Beginning their season on Thursday (9/12), 5th/6th Soccer lost a tough game, 4-0. They split two games at the Y On Saturday, Sept. 14. Loren Oliver stepped in to help out in the goal. Props to Enzo for scoring two goals. Hamilton Oliver and Akbar Syed played super defense!!
