If you need to apply for a fourth child, please complete this form again. The full program costs $2,000, with activities and field trips included. The weekly rate is $300 per week. The application fee ($25, non-refundable) and the initial, non-refundable prepayment of $225 per child will secure your child's/children's place(s) in Summer Day Camp.
