James River Day School offers many options for summer 2025 that your child is sure to enjoy: week-long camps, our 8-week day camp, and more.

Two-Hour Delay

Due to the current conditions and the potential for freezing rain overnight, James River Day School will operate on a two-hour delay schedule on Thursday, February 13, 2025. Carpool will begin at 10:00 AM. Our goal is to open school whenever possible considering the weather, driving conditions, and ability to safely operate our facility. If you are concerned about driving conditions in your area, your child will not be penalized if you cannot bring him or her to school safely. Again, tomorrow we will be on a two-hour delay with carpool beginning at 10:00 AM.
