Tonight and tomorrow we will be treated to three showings of the first grade play, The Barnyard Moosical. Our drama productions, at every level, have a major positive effect on our students. First, working to put on a show is one of the most natural forms of collaboration and creative problem-solving one can experience. Second, each young performer begins to experience public speaking, singing, and movement in front of an audience, which builds courage, confidence, and valuable life skills. Finally, our plays remind us of the power of art, and the joy we feel when we see our children on stage.
