Starting last fall, the administration and faculty began investigating a new school administration system, often referred to as parent, teacher, and student portals. Our current system is less flexible than ideal, and our systems are disconnected. This leads to redundant manual work to keep things organized. In a busy school, we knew we could do better.
After looking at several national providers that specialize in independent schools, we agreed to partner with RenWeb. Our aim is to improve the parent experience by providing the best information as it pertains to their child's academic experience. Electronic paperwork will mean less shuffling of papers or sending in three copies of that permission form you know you've already signed! Families can update demographic information in real time and access an electronic directory. When we’ve finished the project, forms, calendars, grades, our directory, and announcements will all be in one place through a secure password-protected parent login!

RenWeb is mobile-ready for school administrators, teachers, students, and parents. RenWeb’s suite of mobile- and tablet-friendly tools mean you can access RenWeb anytime, anywhere. That includes ParentsWeb Mobile, which students and parents can access for free via any mobile device, as well as the optional RenWeb Home app that parents and students can purchase if they prefer to access ParentsWeb information via the convenience of an app.

One of our goals this year has been to improve the business side of our school. By taking advantage of the security and convenience of payment processing and information technology offered by FACTS, we remain committed to this goal. With FACTS tuition payment plan, you may choose the payment date of your monthly payment, and you may use a variety of payment methods. In addition, you can rest assured that your payments are processed securely through a bank to bank transaction. You will be able to check your account or make payments online anytime from the convenience of your home or office.
