Summer Programs

Join the summer fun at James River Day School! There are many opportunities for engaging enrichments (rising K through 8th grade), and James River offers our 8-week Summer Day Camp for kids in rising first grade through age 12.

Bike/Walk/Carpool to School Day

Due to heavy rains predicted for tomorrow morning, our Bike/Walk/Carpool to School Day is postponed until Friday, May 25. On May 25, the walking group will meet at the Food Lion Shopping Center on Boonsboro Road and will depart at 7:50am. The biking group (3rd-8th grade only) will meet at the Kroger parking lot next to the recycling bins and will depart at 7:45am. Bikers will take the back roads to school and will have a police escort. All walkers and cyclists need to already be signed up.
