Summer Programs

Join the summer fun at James River Day School! There are many opportunities for engaging enrichments (rising K through 8th grade), and James River offers our 8-week Summer Day Camp for kids in rising first grade through age 12.

Kandy Rini

Kandy Rini is our middle school resource teacher. Kandy brings a wealth of experience as a resource and special education teacher. She worked for fifteen years in Holy Cross Regional School's resource program and most recently worked for Bedford County Schools as a special education teacher. She has a B.A. in psychology with a Special Education endorsement from the University of Lynchburg.

Kandy and her husband Tony live in the northeast corner of Bedford County.
