Carter Bendall

Carter Bendall was hired in January 2022 as our school nurse. Her primary focus is working with community health officials, school administration, staff, and students to make James River a healthy space for one and all.

 

Carter is a Lynchburg native, who graduated from E.C. Glass as valedictorian of her class. Mrs. Bendall went on the University of Virginia, earning her B.A. in government. Deciding she want to become a nurse, Carter went back to school and graduated in the top 5% of her class from the University of Lynchburg with her Bachelors of Nursing in 2006.

 

Carter and her husband, Richard, are proud James River parents, who are active in the school and Lynchburg community.
