Taylor McDonald

Taylor joined the faculty of James River Day School in August 2024 as the Academic Technology Coordinator. Taylor is originally from North Carolina and settled in Lynchburg a couple of years after attending Liberty University and earning a bachelor’s degree in Special Education. She later earned her Master’s of Education in Instructional Technology. She has served as both an elementary teacher and special education teacher for the past nine years, most recently at Boonsboro Elementary. She is looking forward to supporting staff and students in her new role.
