Cindy Webster

Cindy Webster joined the faculty of James River Day School as a middle school math teacher in August 2023. An educator for more than 22 years, Cindy has enjoyed teaching a variety of school ages, but teaching middle school math and science has always been her passion. She is a strong believer in the benefits of private education due to the foundation and opportunities it has provided her two adult children. 

Originally from Northern Virginia, Central Virginia is now “home” as she appreciates country living. Cindy lives in Huddleston with her husband, and during the summer, she can be found in their garden. She is blessed to have two grandchildren who fill her heart with happiness and love. 

Cindy said this about James River: “What initially drew me to James River were my grandchildren and the knowledge that they could attend when they’re older. It was, however, the positivity, dedication, and love for the school that radiated from everyone I met [that] confirmed it was the right decision. Like my colleagues, I am enthusiastic and committed to James River’s students, rigor, and success.”
